Hello friends!
We were so thankful to host a small group of women for our retreat last weekend! It was truly a beautiful experience filled with fellowship, fun, and rest in these challenging times where so often we feel apart. From hiking, to crafting, to trivia night, and everything in between; we were thankful for the energy, laughter, and new voices throughout the site. It was truly a blessing to see everyone as we enjoyed nourishing food made by loving hands. Spent time outdoors connecting with the beauty of God’s creation, and in the evenings joined together for devotions.

Some of the folks who were able to come to the retreat asked if they could have copies of our “Lectio Devina” and the guided meditation around Psalm 139. Here you can find a PDF document with Hydra’s notes and the scriptures used for both of the devotion times.

The weather on Sunday wasn’t sunny and warm, and a few people had expressed disappointment that they hadn’t visited the prayer labyrinth. Well friends, worry no longer! You can print out a copy of a prayer labyrinth and view two ways to pray using it in the PDF document attached here!

We hope that all of our friends who visited for the retreat have been able to hold onto the calm and quiet of Kintail in their day to day lives. We also hope that our friends who weren’t able to join us for the retreat in person can take part in some of the reflections and activities that are being shared today.
Peace everyone!
