Hi friends, its Aaron here. This past summer I ran the lane twenty-five times whenever I could find time to spare. My top time to the sign post and back was just over 13 minuets. To me running is a great stress relief and helps me center myself and get ready for the upcomming day. Its a great feeling to set personal goals and surpass them. In June I’ll be running the lane to help send Kids to Kintail. I would love it if you all were to join me for a day of good ole’ fashion cardio, and a great cause.
