Hi friends!
We had the most wonderful spring this year! On top of amazing weather and wonderful staff we had the privilege of hosting over 3000 students of all ages from over 60 different schools across Southwestern Ontario! We had JK/SK students come for day trips, Grade 8 grad trips, high school leadership retreats, and everything in between. Some of this spring’s highlights include watching students reach personal goals on the high ropes course, seeing classes come together to complete a teamwork challenge on a low ropes element, exploring the woods and learning about nature while looking for Hobbits around the campsite, enjoying the crystal blue waters of Lake Huron during free swim, and all the lasting memories that were made while singing along to a guitar around a campfire at the end of the day. My favourite part about school trips though, is seeing so many students come back to Camp Kintail in July and August for a week of summer camp!
I can’t wait to work with the classes and teams that will join us this fall as they get to know each other and work on teamwork, communication and trust.
