On Sunday July 20, the Midsummer LITs provided a worship service at both Ashfield Presbyterian Church and Knox Presbyterian Church in Ripley. They performed a beautiful rendition of “Everything We Need”, as well as leading a call to worship, prayers, and scripture readings. After spending their first week at camp learning leadership skills they provided the service along side Theresa. Now that the LIT’s have concurred the service they will be moving into half days this week where they will be observing and participating in cabins with the campers. We’ve had a great week so far and look forward to what the rest of the month has in store for us!
