Clementine and Oats here. This year we had the pleasure of running the Midsummer Leader in Training program. Our LIT group was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t have had a better time. Each of our LITs showed excellent growth throughout the month and made us so proud. We had so many laughs and memories together. We did many activities including the 1st Ever Annual ClemenOats Soccer Baseball tournament, trivia nights with Oats the Trivia Guy and Clem the Trivia Gal, leadership-building sessions, our trip hiking the Bruce trail, and half and full day placements with campers. The midsummer LIT group was spectacular and they “meshed” unbelievably well. We have full confidence that they have all the tools that they need to be impactful leaders in every community that they are a part of. We hope to see them all next summer!
