This summer I had the amazing opportunity to be the Resource Counselor for the Leaders in Training for July and August. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to watch 20 young people grow into wonderful leaders in their community, church, school and here at Kintail. In LIT we learn all the skills needed to be effective leaders and how to live in community. It is a four-week intensive program where the participants come out with a deeper knowledge of their faith, a better understanding of themselves and life-long friendships.
For any of you who are turning 16 in 2015 and going into grade 11 in September of 2015, I highly recommend you apply for the program!
