It’s Turkey here again, continuing our fall season wrap-up series. In this post I’ll be telling you about the amazing Kintail events we hosted in the fall.
Kintail Events:
We hosted various events which included Profession of Faith, Senior High Retreat, Crafters Retreat, and an Especially Special Night. These events afforded various Kintail campers and Alumni to return to camp and enjoy fellowship with many of their friends. I was particularly involved with the Profession of Faith and Senior High retreats. The best part for me was meeting many campers and staff who helped show me how special Kintail is in their lives. Despite the temperatures beginning to cool, there was certainly no shortage of energy from any of our events. Old stories were shared and memories revisited as the Crafters Retreat participants took advantage of the space to complete their projects. Lastly, an Especially Special Night couldn’t have been such a rousing success if not for the work of all our staff volunteers. We want to additionally recognize the guidance of Peppermint in the kitchen, and the various alumni who took on various responsibilities to make the night very special.
