Hi friends!
We enjoyed another wonderful school group season this fall at Camp Kintail. We welcomed Grade 7/8 classes who joined us for bonding and to learn how to work as a team, returning high school Student Activities Counsels who visit camp to learn more about communication and how to create a welcoming and inclusive space where people feel empowered to share their voice, and band trips for intensive practice time and some good old camp fun!
In October the weather could be a bit unpredictable but the fires were warm and the company was good, so a memorable time was had by all. With The Nest open and functional both students and teachers were able to enjoy the new private and dorm rooms and the various meeting spaces that it has to offer.
We are still hoping to book some groups to visit us this winter! Please feel free to give us a call if you are interested in bringing your class or team to the camp for some snowy outdoor education fun!
