At Camp Kintail we love to sing. From morning chapel to closing campfire, each day is filled with song. And over the years we’ve collected a number of great songs that we’d like to share. So join us on May 15th for a day of singing with Reuben ‘Roots’ St. Louis as we sing some of your favourites out of our songbook, dust off some oldies that you forgot and discover some new ones you’ll want to take home with you.
Bio: Reuben St. Louis is a camp staff alumni and Presbyterian minister near Milton, Ontario where he lives with his wife, Katherine and two boys (Benjamin and Daniel). As a former Kintail Music and Drama director, Reuben is no stranger to leading songs around the campfire. Katherine and Reuben compiled and edited the most recent editions of the Camp Kintail Song Book and he loves to come back to camp every year to teach both old and new songs to campers and staff. In his spare time, Reuben likes to write songs and in 2006, released his first album. Since his time on staff, Reuben has taken his passion for music into the ministry where he leads worship with his guitar every week with his congregation as well as leading music at special events and conferences like “Stewards by Design” and “Canada Youth 2018”.
