The item I received isn’t the right size/what I expected. What are my next steps?
All of our items can be returned and refunded or exchanged, as long as they are in the same condition they were sent! Just follow these steps:
- Email [email protected] with your name and the item(s) you ordered, and let us know whether you’re requesting a refund or an exchange.
- Option 1: Bring the item to your nearest post office and send it back to the camp using our mailing address: Camp Kintail, RR3, 85153 Bluewater Hwy, Goderich, ON N7A 3X9. Confirm via email that you have mailed your item for return.
- Option 2: Arrange with us over email or phone to return the item in person at camp.
After your refund is processed, you will get a confirmation email. If you opt for an exchange, we will also notify you by email after your new product has been shipped. If for some reason you do not receive confirmation, be sure to contact us right away!
How long will my item(s) take to arrive?
We use standard shipping for all of our products through Canada Post. Typically, delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipping, but customers should anticipate potential delays due to COVID-19. Don’t be surprised if your package comes a little later than expected!
Can I pick up my order on site at Camp Kintail?
Yes. When you add an item to your cart, the pop-up on the right of your screen will ask for your “fulfillment method.” You can select either shipping or pickup! You’ll be asked at checkout if you’d like to pick up your order “as soon as possible” or to “schedule for later.” We are available weekdays between 9-5. Be sure to read the pickup instructions so you know what to do when you arrive on site!
Do you have ___ in another size or colour?
What you see on our online store reflects our true inventory. Some of our styles do come in limited sizes, so if you’re having trouble finding a specific size, let us know, and we can help direct you to what you’re looking for!
