Last weekend the Board and some friends of Kintail gathered to vision for the future direction of ministry at Kintail. Our Facilitator was Gary Batty from Mo-Ranch in Texas. Gary is an experienced camp consultant with the Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association. We greatly valued his wisdom and experience as he guided us through the process of looking at our mission and our goals for the next five years. We took a long look at Kintail’s mission and worked on a new mission statement. We brainstormed about our hopes for the camp and our immediate goals. Throughout the process we had many serious conversations about where God is calling us as well as many light-hearted moments filled with laughter. There will more information about Kintail’s mission in the months to come.
