Hello everybody! Inferno here, so this summer I had the privilege to run a few trips at camp. What an amazing experience I was given! During K1 I ran a trip with my Co-counsellor Zabrini along the Bruce trail with 5 young individuals of juniors. It was a long, hot, buggy trip but it was an awesome time. I have memories from that trip I will never forget. We were able to see a rattle snake our first day, go swimming in Georgian Bay every day and able to see the Grotto for my very first time which was quite the experience that I hope others will have an opportunity to enjoy was well. The second trip I was able to take part in was a trip with my sister Flame. We ran a canoe trip in Algonquin starting at Canoe Lake with 6 senior campers. Another trip, with amazing experiences and memories that will last a life time. We were able to go swimming each night in the lakes of Algonquin, take some pictures with snapping turtles and even see a bush plane land and take off on the lake after dinner one night. It was so cool! Anyways, thought I’d share some memories that I will always remember from my opportunities being able to go on trip.
